Ho'oponopono message from Mabel Katz
1/8/2008 3:16:11 PM

Hello friends,

I received this message from my friend Joanie Chappel today, who hosts the Thursday night teleclass with Mabel Katz, author of The Easiest Way and Ho'oponopono teacher for over ten years, who has traveled and trained extensively with Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len.

Mabel writes...

Everybody wonders, if I have already taken the Ho'oponopono training, why would I take it again?

Let me tell you, every time I have the opportunity to take it, I do, and I will tell you why: The Ho'oponopono training is for the soul, not for the intellect.

Even when we say we got it, we didn't. We will never understand it. There is no way our intellect will understand it.

Hopefully, if we have been cleaning, our awareness is at a different level. We can go deeper, listen to things that we couldn't hear before or maybe we can hear them in a different way now. If we weren't cleaning, the training is a great opportunity to remind ourselves. Maybe this time, we are more ready to let go and allow that part of us that knows better to resolve our problems.

Ho'oponopono helps us to reprogram ourselves. Unfortunately we are not ready to do it overnight. It took many lifetimes to download our programs (beliefs, memories, habits, etc.) We will not be able to let go of all of them at once. Our body will not tolerate it.

Even for those of us who say we clean, this is a way to remind us and to help us to be more conscious. It is not about knowing it. It is about practicing. Our goal is to clean 24 hours a day, every day of the week, every day of the year. Why? Because we want to be guided, protected, and we want to be able to come from Inspiration and not from our programs that say "we know".

Ho'oponopono trainings take a special preparation.  Once we make the commitment to attend, the Universe prepares to support, protect and help us. This way we are going to be able  to let go BIG TIME. I know we are not conscious and we cannot realize, see it, feel it, but during the trainings our cleaning grows exponentially. That is why there are people that even attend these trainings in absentee. They pay to be there 'spiritually" because they know the benefits. Whatever gets erased, let go of at the training, gets erased, lifted...from them too.

There are no coincidences who shows up. We never know what cords (Aka cords) we will be able to let go of among us and how many doors we are going to be closing that will allow for many others to open automatically. We need to be humble and realize we need all the help we can get.

The memory that goes, the new thing we heard, the thing we got in a different way, the person that shared, can make a big difference. It could be the beginning of infinite possibilities...just for showing up!

We show up for the opportunity to clean.  To clean those things we have to clean with that we didn't even know we had in us. We clean with every question, every sharing, because we know each of those is a gift, an opportunity.

Every time I take the training with my teacher Dr. Ihaleakala, he always asks me the same question at the end: "So Katz...What did you learn today? What did you hear new, or different? What did you get today that you didn't get in that way before?"

You know...Being conscious is curative!

I always say that the weekly teleclasses I give are for myself, to help me discover who I REALLY AM, a way of waking up moment by moment. To be able to make better choices and know that EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

ONLY IF YOU FEEL INSPIRED, IF IT FEELS RIGHT IN YOUR HEART, if you are willing to take good care of yourself, put yourself first and accept the gifts that the Universe has in store for you, go to www.businessbyyou.com and check for more information about the weekly teleclasses and the products available to help you remembering WHO YOU REALLY ARE and THE POWER YOU HAVE TO ATTRACT WHAT IS RIGHT AND PERFECT FOR YOU IN AN EASY WAY.

"See" you Thursdays on the calls.

I love you.

Mabel

Dear Linda,

What a Wonderful Message to wake up with! It's putting the un-seen in motion and what we don't see, we don't see.. What we don't know, we don't know.. You never know why and it's not of the matter to know why.. It just is and Ho'Oponopono is like said, for the soul..

We don't know to what the soul is committed and we dont where the soul is in involved, we can maybe feel or use our intuítion and guess, but infact intelectually we don't know and we'll never know..

Our souls are beyond time and space and our souls are just as old as the Universe itself.. Our intellect in this dimension would not even be able to capture all the information that is in our souls, the why's and the how to's don't even matter.. what matter is, is that we indeed clear our souls to grow to a new level of consciousness into our humanity through our souls journey's..

Linda,

Mahalo Again For Another Beautiful & SOOOO very Truthful Post.

It really touches my heart since I'm native Hawaiian & try to live and respect my aumakua (ancestors) daily.

Ho'oponopono takes discipline & devotion. However it is well worth the instruction.

The Hawaiian word 'pono' is understood locally as justice, or to make right.

Here is an excerpt from Malama Hawaii a Hawaiian non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the island ecosystem, values and culture. We like these guys.

  • To Care for, Protect MALAMA
  • To Love, have Compassion, Respect ALOHA
  • To Share with each other, be Generous LOKOMAIKAI
  • To be Healthy OLAKINO MAIKAI
  • To take Responsibility HOOKULEANA
  • To seek Knowledge IMIIKE
  • To Nurture a deep sense of Justice NAAU PONO

Our work is grounded in the beliefs that:

  • Caring for our home, the place we love, enriches our lives.
  • Living on islands requires balancing and integrating human needs with the limits of nature.
  • Quality of life is physically and spiritually linked to the land and sea, which connect us to our ancestors and to all the generations that will follow.
  • We must hold our islands in good stewardship for our children.
  • The universal values and traditions of Native Hawaiians, our host culture, be recognized, respected and perpetuated.
  • It is important to act upon and provide positive and accurate information in all we do.
  • Our success will be based on our ability to remain inclusive and trustful of one another.
  • Our directions and strategies will be determined by the needs and wants of our community.
  • Community-based initiatives will transform Hawaii.
  • We will take action that increases public awareness and produces useful results.

Can you hear the heart of the Hawaiian in this list of guiding values? We consider ourselves stewards of the land taking our turn protecting it for our children.

Malama Pono...Take Care and Do What's Right...It's more than a saying. It is a way of life.

Mahalo nui loa,

Linda for this opportunity to share some of my culture which is so dear to my heart!

Aloha!
