Kathy, at present I am having some issues with this company. I joined and upgraded (or so I thought). Here is my PayPal info:

The link I had clicked with PayPal stated that this was a one time payment for Upgrade. I was not upgraded. When I asked why this was my reply:
Hi Sara
We're never advertised falsely. We've always abided by
FTC regulations and do everything possible to avoid being
fined. Please allow me explain it a little clearer.
As you can see by the information below that you've copied
from the upgrade page, the product ID is MyFreeSafelistLifetime
and the Product No. is onetimepro.
Here's the information from your paypal transaction in your email
that you sent me the other day:

Can you see that the product names and product id's don't match?
If you had purchased the upgrade, it also would have upgraded your
account automatically. We wouldn't not allow you to have an upgraded
account if you had upgraded. There's no reason why we would even
consider that. We've nothing to gain by not giving you what you paid for.
When you made your purchase, the advertising that you purchased
from the OTO was automatically added to your account after the
payment was successful. There's no room for human error in this
instance from our side. We purposely made the script this way so
there are no mixups.
Sorry, but we've found that it's a common mistake members
have been making, because the OTO price was previously $12,
the same price as the upgrade. We've now made it easier to
differentiate by changing the OTO to $13, so members can tell
the difference.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
Eva Browne-Paterson
I wrote her back to say her answer was not satisfactory and I would be duped only once.
Her reply:
Are you kidding?
Sara, would you like us to debit your account
with the advertising that was automatically
allocated to it after the sale and give you a
refund?
Kind regards
Eva Browne-Paterson
Then, I got another one about the same time:
Sara
I just logged into your account to see the advertising
that was allocated and it wasn't there. So I have
upgraded your account instead of refunding you.
Please believe me, we didn't dupe you. I can't
understand why the advertising that you purchased
wasn't there, but the paypal descriptions don't lie...
Kind regards
Eva Browne-Paterson
Maybe I should have sent this personally, sorry. I have not checked my account to see if they actually did upgrade me or not. I had sent her a copy of the page I 'upgraded' from.
This could be a great program if they get it straightened out.
Thanks and have a great day,
Sara
