I must let everyone know today. I had a new member sign up and another is signing under that member later today. When I went to decide the placement, The members I should be placing are in yellow. I will not place new members in a yellow members anymore. They throw off the placement schedule. So I will be skipping those now and moving onto the active members for placement. Thanks for your utmost understanding.

I am also mailing this via responder to everyone.

Thank you Thomas, You are right there also. Thats why I feel the need for the conferences now. The team is getting very big now and we need to all be communicating on these things. It is getting real hard to place the needy members if they are not responding or even promoting for me to see.

I just want everyone to understand and not be mad because I placed these newest members where I know they will be cared for.

Hi Sharon.  I think your decision for our Jerky Direct teams is a good one.  I will place people in my teams under ACTIVE people too.  Why place a new recruit under a member who is inactive and may quit??

The team has Really grown this month alone and I have a newbie today of who wants her sister to sign under her tonight. As we grow even more,,The signups will increase every month and I am now keeping a dedicated log on "Whos next". I have no choice now and I am glad that you understand.
