Request For Urgent Business Relationship
I have been requested by the Shell Oil and Gas Development
Petroluem (SGDP) to contact you for assistance in resolving a matter.
The Shell Oil and Gas Development Petroluem has recently concluded a
large number of contracts for oil exploration in the sub-Sahara region.
The contracts have immediately produced moneys equaling USD$40,000,000

foreign firm in SGDP by my Committee.
This amount was accumulated through unmderclearded winfall from sales of crude oil during the NIGER DELTA CRISIS.
You assistance is requested as a non-Nigerian citizen to assist
the Shell Oil and Gas Development Petroluem, and also the Barclays Bank
of Nigeria, in moving these funds out of Nigeria.
If the funds can be transferred to your name, in your United States
account, then you can forward the funds as directed by the Shell Oil
and Gas Development Petroluem. In exchange for your accommodating
services, the Shell Oil and Gas Development Petroluem would agree to
allow you to retain 30%, or US$12 million of this amount also 60% for
us (the committee members) and 10% will be used in settling taxation
and all local and foreign expenses that will be incurred in the course
of this transaction.
Having gone through your company information, we decided to
entrust this $40m into your care as we wish to invest our share of the
money in any profitable business in your country. However, to be a
legitimate transferee of these moneys according to Nigerian law, you
must presently be a depositor of at least USD$50,000 in a Nigerian
Barclays Bank which is regulated by the Barclays Bank of Nigeria.
If it will be possible for you to assist us, we would be most grateful. We suggest that you meet with us in person in Lagos,
and that during your visit I introduce you to the representatives of
the Shell Oil and Gas Development Petroluem, as well as with certain
officials of the Barclays Bank of Nigeria.
