Any upgrades before or after that date will not be counted for the purpose of deciding the winner. Cancellations during the contests will be taken off the count. All complaints will be taken seriously and disqualified from the contest. Existing paid referrals do not count. This contest is not for free signs ups.  Your members must upgrade.
