Hello Everyone,
I am the Editor of our Community Newsletter, as some of you know, and we just had the most recent issue published over the weekend. Some of you may have received it and read it! Unfortunately, there was an error made in one of the articles...the NEW feature we just started about the Best Forum Award stated that there were 3 prize levels and that is incorrect!
There is ONLY 1 winner and that person wins a prize of $200...this is what it should have said! I apologize to Pauline, Bogdan, and our Readers for the error.
Secondly, recently I have heard some negative statements being made about the content in the Newsletter, or about the people on the Newsletter Team, and I want to address this issue.
Let me explain something to everyone...this Newsletter almost did not come to exist, but due to me doing a lot of begging and pleading Bogdan reconsidered, and he allowed me to take over the project. There were a couple things at the time that had to hashed out, and we came to agreement that I picked whomever I wanted to work with and have on the Team, and I decided the content etc as long as it was about the AdlandPro Community. I have lived up to that.
Here is a statement from Bogdan as well in regards to the Newsletter;
"Marilyn undertook the task of running the newsletter when such offer was made to all community members. Therefore, as long as her newsletter serves the community, she will have total freedom in choosing what appears in the newsletter."
"Tell Marilyn that she can post this official note on her forum if she wishes."
Bogdan recently had this note sent to me, but at the time I did not feel it necessary to post it. Unfortunately, I now feel I MUST. I do hope that this makes things clear to anyone that has had questions or concerns regarding the ALP Community Newsletter.
If you have a complaint or comment to be made, please address them to me, NOT to anyone else on the Team. I will personally listen to all that has to be said, and reply accordingly.
Thank you and God Bless,
Marilyn Martin Editor
