Hello Beth
I understand that exercise and weight loss both help to reduce high blood pressure. However, not everyone can exercise as you said. Many have reported a drop in blood pressure (or an increase, if low) in just a week or two of being on the tea. I believe it must be that there are certain minerals in the tea as minerals have been reported by scientists to be instrumental in taking down high blood pressure. I, personally, only know what I have read. I am not a doctor and I do not diagnose, prescribe, prevent or cure any disease.
Please pass on my website address to people who you think or know would want to know about this product. I will appreciate it very much.
