A MATTER OF THE HEART
IT'S often been suggested
that faith is truly blind,
for those who do not possess it
can not see it in their mind.
Because they have not seen it,
they say it can't exist,
For never have they felt it
the scholors all insist.
Have they never seen a rainbow
and marveled at such art?
Have they never known the artist who dwells
within the heart?
Have they never seen the forest
change from green to gold,
or wondered at the snowflakes
as winter days unfold?
Have they seen the miracle
of a mother giving birth,
or felt their hearts strangely warmed
by wonders beyond earth?
The things of earth bear witness
to nobler things above,
For its a matter of the heart
that reveals the Fathers Love!!

Blessed are they that have not seen,
and have believed.
