About the Mortgage Home “Crisis” in America.
10/1/2007 8:49:13 AM

It is the “dream” or ambition of everyone in America (and in deed the world) to buy and therefore own their home. This is a normal and realistic approach to life. But we are also mindful of the ability to keep the home by paying the mortgage, if it was purchased by mortgage arrangements. This is the regular working class person dilemma.

The home mortgage “crisis” in America has become such a very serious problem that we heard recently, the Federal Government has intervened. Hopefully, their actions will result in meaningful assistance for the real people who need the help.

For some who have their profitable own business and are able to sustain this “crisis,” that’s good for them. But many who are still trying to succeed in their individual business or small group venture will need the help, as the regular worker do. Maybe those in business can reach-out to fellow business prospects and assist in a unique way – by applying their own helpful discretion.

Some who are in the business of “helping to avoid” home foreclosure will be making some good money in this crisis situation. While it is wise not to accuse anyone, we hope they too will demonstrate some serious humane discretion and help others.

Let us hope and help the best way we can, those who need to keep their homes.

The best of business success to you.
