Hello Larry,

Hmm, I guess you can shape any plant especially
from a seed by letting it grow inside a box frame
of the shape you desire, in this case the watermellon.

Then when the watermellon is big enough or the outer shell/skin is hard enough - break the frame away and
you have your new shape.

I could see square watermellon taking off and being
popular.
