Here's a little tip that I have learned over the years and it is not always easy to do!
Each week try to schedule at least 1-2 hours of "Me" time - something just for yourself - that you enjoy!
It doesn't have to be anything big, just curl up with a good book and read after the kids are in bed, this is something I like to do, although I usually end up falling asleep!
