There are many programs out there that promise to build a list for you for free or close to it. I've worked with some, but one of the best I've found for providing the type of educational training you need is at www.ezmktg4u.payitforward4profits.com.

My suggestion would be to sign up for free, but don't go jumping into all the programs that are offered. First, take your time and work through the 22 lessons in the success guide. It will give you a real good grasp of what needs to be done. Eventually you will need to spend some money to make money, but by then you will have a much better idea as to what's involved.
