Hello Bonnie, so great to hear from you. Send me an email to my Yahoo account when you have the chance, update me on what is up with you, I have a lot to update on you on as well. I'm just waiting to hear back from one person concerning one training idea and then I hope to get updates sent out to team members in less than 24-48 hours.
I could use a little more catch up on sleep but definitely am much better than I was last weekend and Monday that's for sure!
Actually when I send out a group update I have an account that let's me send out to a group and I like using that a lot better than an autoresponder and I think it does a better job of sending out and getting messages through.
But everyone is at a different point in their training, so I need to touch base with people individually vs. one bulk mailing and talk about their particular progress and where they are in the training. Sometimes the training is even a little different depending upon rather they are in the USA, Canada or another country. After I catch up on individual training updates, then I'm going to try to start sending out weekly updates to everyone.
One challenge has been that I've been spending a lot of time researching and changing my training approach to help everyone to get improved, better results. Like even today I spent around 2 hours talking on the phone with a guy who I think is going to be a wonderful addition to our team in terms of training. Doing things like that takes time. There just isn't any other way around it. The other challenge is with having over 11,000 Adland friends my emails feel like I belong to safe list. I've had to spend a lot of time offline the last few months and so it's just made it that much harder to keep up with everything.
Anyway it was wonderful to hear from you and if you could just email me at my Yahoo account I'd like to have an update in where you are at in the training, what you have been working on and I have some new training to update you on as well.
Thanks so much for visiting my forum!

Felicia
