Hello Susan and thank you for this forum.  I am quite the handyman and unfortunately I help others more than I work on my own home.  Thus my wife always says: "The cobbler's children always go barefoot"  LOL  I dont know who coined the phrase but it fits me so I though I would share.

Fair warning - the "Hillbilly" and his Ozarks words of wisdom finally got here so run while you can!!!!

Here's one that I have lived my life by - "I will study and get ready and one day my chance will come" - Abraham Lincoln (The only thing I ever heard a "Yankee" say I could agree with !)

And here's the second - "Don't take life too seriously - you ain't gettin' out of it alive" - The "Hillbilly Gardener"
