As you all know by now,, I was selected from the top 8 producers of JD Premium Products, aka Jerky Direct to attend the Salmon Lodge Trip from 8/1 through 8/5.

Because my Husband was unavailable to attend with me. I asked Linda Harvey to accompany me. She accepted and made this trip a Most memorable one for me. Thank you Linda for a most wonderful trip and for your wonderful hospitality in sharing with me, The most awsome trip of my life.

This was a wonderful experience with Lots of Training and a certification into the distributership of this company. Along with this honor, I will be serving on the all new Advisory Panel Board. These meetings will be every week and I will inform you of whatever I am allowed to talk about in order to strengthen our already tremendous team build.

Our very first new's that I know will be very beneficial to us all is to Welcome Peg Phillips to the staff of JD Premium Products. Peg is the person in the left.

Peg was offered a staff position in JD Premium Products and will be our manager of communications. Peg has over 30 years experience in office management, sales, and customer service. She also has several years experience in web site design, copywriting and marketing. She will also be our Liaison for the all new Advisory panel. Communication is the number one key of success and we now have this with JD Premium Products.

Our Purpose is to identify leaders within the company to advise corporate on matters of the following.

Policy.

New products.

Presentations.

Programs, etc.

Participate in pilot programs.

Leadership role in the field.

Company-wide name and face recognition.

Attend JD Conference calls on advisory board.

Participate on weekly opportunity presentation and opportunity calls.

Give input on matters of policy, new products, presentations, programs, promotional materials, website content, pricing, contest, trainings, promotion, conventions, write articles for the new's letter, etc.

All members will serve a indefinate term.

Our Advisory Panel will be a valuable part of this company as we begin to build even faster now. Let me tell you SOME of the reasons why...........

In September, We will be launching a couple of things that are being worked on as we speak. These things will mean MORE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET.

Organic Conditioner.

Organic Shower gel.

Organic All purpose degreaser.

The Commission structure and pricing will be announced as soon as it is settled. But please do prepare your promo's for this exciting new's.

Also, In September, We will announce a even better pilot program into JD Premium Products. I am sorry to say that I can not disclose its structure to you as of yet. But It will be BIG!! I can promise you that. And it DOES Have to do with JDRadiance.com (Our Enhanced site under JerkyHill) This will in NO WAY Affect my Building in JerkyHill and is Not required for you to join. This is just awsome new's and will take our Dream to a even higher level. Please do not misunderstand this,, We are A TEAM and we all work as A TEAM. Linda and I will be assisting anyone in need of answers until More Team members are educated in what we are doing. Our TEAM RoCkS!!

If you cancel out a JD Account, you will not be able to rejoin again for 6 months. So if you plan on cancelling out. You had better be sure. This was decided today in our meeting because there are to many members canceling and joining under someone else. Not knowing that they will lose all of thier downlines. WHY?? Because thier sponsors are not answering?? Because they feel its more money in another line?? Because other members are feeding false information?? Who know's really why but there will be no more. REMEMBER,, You CAN Have up to 13 accounts in Your SS# in JD. After 13, You must become a franchise. So if you want to join under someone else, You can do so without cancelling out your existing account. I have 3 active accounts. One is for my Grandchildrens College education,,Just look at the potential here. PLEASE Ask questions before cancelling out accounts as you DO have more than one sponsor above you. We are all a team and everyone is to help ANYONE in the business. Thanks...;-)

There will be some changes in the design of the JD Site as we transform into JD Premium Products. Please be sure to take full advantage of your tools in your back office. You have FREE Business cards, Flyers, New's letters and posters that can be printed out on your computer. These are very expensive if you were to purchase them. So USE THEM to promote and/or get idea's for your own promoting.

OK,, Now on to the fun we had. My trip began in Abq, New mexico, Where Linda Harvey resides. I flew into New mexico and I had the most wonderful welcome from Linda,, Once I found my way to baggage. She was wearing her "Very Pink" Fluffy hat. That was her identification mark for me and believe me, IT WORKED!!! LOL

I also had the great opportunity to meet Linda's Son, Tom. Isnt he just the cutest!!!

Then, It was onto Idaho Falls In fashion in a Ford Mustang and a "Zoom, Zoom Lady" At the wheel.

Linda drove throughout the night. Through New mexico, Utah, Colorado and into Salt lake City before we stopped to rest.

Then it was onto Idaho falls the next day. We arrived at the Hampton Inn, Idaho Falls around 1:30 on 8/1

We found out instantly that the hotel was owned by JD Premium Products Owner Roger Ball. We were welcomed by Cheryl Anderson and Jay Hebdon and then given a most beautiful room for the night.

That evening, We attended our very first meeting and we were introduced to Roger Ball. My Evaluation of Roger is: If you bumped into this man in walmart, you would never know who he was. He is as down to earth as we all are and is a very smart business man.

We had a very nice start to our 5 day venture.

The next morning, It was pack up and leave for the salmon Lodge. Which by the way,,Is also owned by Roger Ball. Our tour guide was a wonderful man names Norm. Rogers right hand as they say. Up into the mountains and into the lodge by speedboat took us about 6 hours. Once there, There was barley time to sit as our first meeting on Omega radiance began.

A Great presentation from Omega radiance Owners Susan and gary. But we were all exhausted and needed sleep. After that, There was the first Advisory Board meeting. Then sleep.

The next cheerful day started with the first of 3 days of food, fun, and lots of laughter as we met everyone involved in both JD Premium Products and The Salmon Lodge staff.

Linda was off to relax and Horseback ride as I attended meetings on Advisory and Omega radiance.

There was so many things to do and Linda did whatever she could to relax and enjoy her well earned vacation. There were foot massages, Iroma therapy sessions, Horseback riding, Boat and raft rides and swimming. I just had to take a dip for myself.

What did I learn???

I learned of the many opportunities that are in the front of us. I Learned that this Business is a VERY STRONG and Very well structured one. I feel even MORE Secure in promoting and earning for a very long time with JD Premium Products. I Learned that the entire staff is generous and care free and just "One of the guys" so to speak. I feel honored and priviledged to be a part of this business and I do look forward to a very long term relationship with JD Premium Products. This I say from the bottom of my heart to you all.

This IS The opportunity for today. be in it, Work it, Earn it and succeed!!! YOU are in a Great Team Build. I Love each and every one of you for your support and dedication and in making OUR DREAM a Realty. Thats how secure I am in this Business.
