Ihave been receiving notices for a "Google" eLert Gadget that will allow publishers to send messages and ads to everyone's desktop. I didn't see the fee they charge for this but the affiliate side shows you will make some bank when a publisher signs up and pays. Tells me it costs. I did some research and the usual whois.net.
