Born in Washington D.C., raised in North Carolina on a farm. Plowed the grounds, picked cotton, shook peanuts, primed tobacco and so many other farming chores. Graduated from T.S. Inborden High School in Enfield, North Carolina. Served in the Armed Forces. Did go to Vietnam in 1967 and made it back to the states in 1968. I did do a year there. Moved to New York in 1972. Graduated from Programming Systems Institute with a certificate of completion in computer programming, went to Long Island University and Hunter College compiling 116 credits. Worked Wall Street for 14 years from the back office to the margin department. Did some consulting. Have been employed by New York City Transit since 1987 as a train conductor but work as a Rep for TWU Local 100. Have always wanted to open up a store and did this online as of 2000. Did not began to make money right away. Started to break even in 2003 and began to see some profits in 2005 and had a record year in 2006. What I did learn from having this store is that if you do want an extra income doing what you know you would like doing, just do something about it everyday until it happen.
Check out my store now.
