Pop-N-Fresh Obituary

I do not know if you heard yet, but CNN just released the following sad announcement that POP-N-FRESH passed away.

A veteran Pillsbury spokesman, POP-N-FRESH, died yesterday of a severe yeast infection, and complications from repeated pokes to the belly. He was 71. FRESH was buried in one of the largest funeral ceremonies in recent years.

Dozens of celebrities turned out, including Mrs. Butterworth, The California Raisins, Hungry Jack, Betty Crocker, and the Hostess Twinkies. The graveside was piled high with flours as longtime friend, Aunt Jemima, delivered the eulogy, describing FRESH as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded.

FRESH rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with many turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Still, even as a crusty old man, he was a roll model for millions.

FRESH is survived by his second wife, Play Dough. They have two children and one in the oven. The funeral was held at 3:25 for about 20 minutes.

Nick:

This is such sad news. I am sure that he will rise again with those who are needed and not be half baked.

  I am so SAD.

The little dough-boy has been such a good friend for a long time.

My cholesterol level will fall because of this!!

He led a long and happy life - though from time to time he did get annoyed with the people and he would lash out!!

What fun he had at times.  He loves to dress up........

And when the low carb craze hurt sales, he took that gun and made up for the losses by becoming "Gangster Dough boy"

I am going to miss the little fella!! I knead him, and know we will meet again under a more pleasant rainbow!

I don't have another thing to say, Nick!!
