Thanks for the very informative article. I have high blood pressure, though it is very well controled, and exercise has proven to be one of the best modifiers I know. I go hiking in the woods, on a up hill down dale hike that really gets my heart rate up.
Calorie control is great. As my life coach says, there is only one way to loose weight, and that is to burn more than you eat. There is no other way!
Finally, one nice little pleasure, your reward for doing good, that one square of dark chocolate will help reduce you blood pressure too. But only one square!
