I have had a very unique business opportunity proposed for my natural skincare business & I need advice.

I recently had a lady in China order a couple of products from me and she really liked them.  She would like to introduce my skincare products to the Chinese women.  She would open her own e shop in TB.  (TB is the Chinese version of e-Bay)  She would promote my products in her store and also send out an e-catalog to customers mail boxes. (I would provide the photos).  She would also like to have samples to send to customers when they order.

She proposes depositing $200 in my PayPal account(including the shipping cost)  Her customers would order the products in her e-shop then she would e-mail me and tell me what the customers needed & I would make the product and send it to her then she would send it on to her customers.

I need to talk with her some more about this because I don't just want to jump into this without getting as much information as possible.

I would like to hear from you folks out there and get your thoughts, opinions, ideas, tips, comments about this business opportunity.  This is the first time I've dealt with this, so I could really use some help.  I also want to find out how to protect myself and my business from fraud and other things that could happen when doing business internationally.

I think this would be an awesome opportunity for me, but I just want to make sure I have all my bases covered.
