Hi Vincent,
This was fantastic. I'm sure you have heard about the 102 year old woman that recently scored a Hole-In-One. Jay Leno had her on his show about a month ago. He asked her when she began playing golf and I believe she said at the age of eighty-five. She decided one day that waiting for death was too boring, so she got together with some friends at her retirement village and they went to the golf course. People of course laughed at seeing these old ladies trying to play golf, but she kept at it. She began playing three times a week. Jay asked her if she played nine holes. She responded,"Dear Lord no, if you are not going to finish what you start, there is no sense starting."
He asked her how her health was and she said that it was much better than it was at eighty-five. I am 65. I have good days and bad days, however I take them as they come. I believe that AdlandPro Community keeps me young because no one here asks you what your age is. We are all friends and help one another, but the main thing is, there is always someone that you can talk with. Rose is definetely an inspiration and I wish I could remember the 102 year old golfers name, because here is a case where she took up the sport when most people sit by their T.V.'s and {Remember When.} When is now. As long as you are alive and you wish you could do something, it's up to you to make that wish come true. That is, of course, unless you are Paris Hilton and you wish you could go home.
God Bless You
Mike
