Your Most Embarrasing Moment?

What is your most embarrasing moment?

This is mine --

About 4 years ago, when my oldest son was in 1st grade,  he broke his thumb doing flips and cartwheels on the trampoline.

So, after the ER visits, etc.. we had to set an appt with a Bone Specialist.

We were in the waiting room for about an hour or more,  then in his office room about another hour before he finally came in the room.  When he did,  my son said to him, "IT'S ABOUT TIME!!" (Surely everyone in the building heard this...)

I thought I was going to lose my breath,  I felt my chin hit the floor!  I told him "Shh! don't say that!"

The Dr. said, "That's ok. Did I take too long, man?" and naturally my son had to reply "YES!!"

I know my face was still red with embarrasement even after we left his office.  I told son Please never embarrass me like that again!!!!

LOL

Hi Monica,

that really is cute... what else would a child say but what is obvious!

My daughters used to embarass me this way. We lived near a university town and when we came into town it was a short cut to go thru the university where the Frat houses were. Now, I was also a student there at the time ~ what they call non-traditional student... and my girls were 11 & 12 by then...

They would yell out the window to any college guy "Hey BOB" over and over as we made our way to the other side of town to go shopping!

I just told that to a friend of mine here in the new town I'm living in! She said... that's not so bad. Her brother was 10 years older than she was and he would take her places when she was about 8... and if he saw a small car he'd yell..."Does that have a hemi in it?"   Then they were in a shopping mall and this old lady was getting around in one of those powered carts for going on sidewalks outdoors as well as indoors!

Yes... he went up to her and said loudly, "Does that have a hemi in it?"

The old lady said back just as loudly, "Don't be stupid!"

Ok I have to tell you all the funnies most embarrasing thing that ever happened to me.  I went to Wal-Mart and had to go to the bathroom.  I was rushing in and out, had the grandkids with me.

After I came out of the bathroom and walked across the front of the entire store, I noticed some people were looking at me weird.  Then one of the workers told me, honey your dragging toilet paper behind you.  I looked and sure enough, it was hanging from the back of my pants to the floor.

I just said oh well and removed it and acted cool . But now I always check and make sure I don't take any toilet paper with me outside of the bathrooms.

Hello this was the most embarrassing moment of my life. A week after I met my boyfriend and now husband we came back to his house after a dinner date at a famous mexican restuarant here in KC. I backing out of his drive way and didn't see a ditch. Well to much tdo my dismay  I landed in that ditch. Couldn't get out  of it so my man at the time had to go to his Uncle's house which was across the street from him and had him help push my car out of the ditch. After it was out in the street, I was so embarrass that I put my hand out the window wave and didn't say anything and just took off driving down the road. Looking back on it now was funny. But you should of seen the look on my face. By the time I was out of there. My face was so red it matched my hair. LOL We both laugh about it now.

Hope this brighten your day!
