	Hello Lloyd, Understand completely what you mean, as the first business I was in 20 years ago, I could not grasp the concept to sponsor because my thinking was at that time - if I sponsor my clients into my team then I would loose their valuable business. I had to totally reprogram my whole way of thinking that to succeed in business, especially MLM/Direct selling then you need to have Team-mates because you can only deal and expose your business with so many people per day. When you have team-mates your area of exposure is so much broader. You make more money from their sales and recruitments too..Also when you help your downline it keeps the excitement, enthusiasum alive and in the long run you are also helping yourself. Keep up the good work Lloyd training our downlines. Amanda
