The FxxxxG CHICKEN (Nick)
6/7/2007 3:39:30 AM

Enjoy My Friends!

The FLYING CHICKEN!

Sometimes it DOES take a Rocket Scientist!! (true story)

Scientists at Rolls Royce built a gun specifically to launch dead
chickens at the windshields of airliners and military jets all travelling
at maximum velocity.

The idea is to simulate the frequent incidents of collisions with
airborne fowl to test the strength of the windshields.

American engineers heard about the gun and were eager to test it on the
windshields of their new high speed trains. Arrangements were made, and
a  gun was sent to the American engineers.

When the gun was fired, the engineers stood shocked as the chicken hurled

out of the barrel, crashed into the shatterproof shield, smashed it to
smithereens, blasted through the control console, snapped the
engineer's
back-rest in two and embedded itself in the back wall of the cabin like
an
arrow shot from a bow.

The horrified Yanks sent Rolls Royce the disastrous results of the
experiment, along with the designs of the windshield and begged the
 British
scientists for suggestions.
You're going to love this......

Rolls Royce responded with a one-line memo:
"Defrost the chicken."

OMG Nick!!!  That is hysterical!!!!  Sounds like something our government would pay for - bet they had a hand in it somewhere along the line.

Thanks for a very funny start to my day!!!

Have a terrific day, and keep them coming - you are amazing!

Obviously this experiment was performed by men whose only experience with chickens is having them served up directly in front of mouth, they know to lift small portions of the bird to the mouth with the chicken delivery instrument to be converted into fuel, chew, swallow-back ; get up and go back work.
I'll bet if asked, where do the remains of the meal go when you leave the table-they would look it up in a book.

Hello My Dear Judy!

When I saw this one I knew it would be perfect for all my friends at Adland but when it was time to get the pictures I almost wet myself laughing so hard with the plane flapping it's wings!
