You may mail your $100 to Sycamore Creek for distribution to the eligible member 2 levels above you at any time before you are instructed to do so. Sending your $100 early will reserve a place for you in the $500 Matrix sooner than waiting for the 9 positions on your 2nd level to fill up. We fill up each individual 2x3 matrix in the order in which that member joins the program. It takes some time to fill up that many positions before you can expect to be in a position to receive payments from our plan. Sending your $100 early and moving sooner into our $500 Matrix will help speed up the process. Also, if you help fill at least 9 positions in the program by recruiting new members, we will pay you sooner than we pay those members who do not sponsor at least 9 positions (that's 9 positions, not necessarily 9 members -- some members may join with 2 or 3 positions).

* As soon as we receive your $100, we will reserve a place for your in our $500 Matrix. In the same way, as soon as we receive your $500 or fill up your $500 2x3 matrix, we will reserve a place for you in our $2,500 Matrix.
* You will have the assurance that your payment will reach us on time so that your position will not be forfeited.
* If you send your $100 early, you may begin receiving $100 payments -- if and only if members on your 2nd level also choose to send their $100 early. This is entirely optional.
* Members will be motivated to bring other members into the plan so that funds may be received faster.
* Members who choose to send their $100 early may progress through the plan sooner than those who choose to wait until instructed to because they will be placed in the $500 Matrix and the $2,500 Matrix as soon as Sycamore Creek receives their money -- ahead of members who may have joined the program earlier but choose to wait.
* Sycamore Creek will automatically give you one re-entry position in the $100 Matrix as soon as we receive the first $100 from a member on your second level. This $100 will go to the member two levels up from your re-entry position. Because the $100 will automatically be paid for your re-entry position, a place in our $500 Matrix will also be reserved for your re-entry position at the same time. We will hold the next five $100 payments designated for you, sent to us by members on your 2nd level (unless you have already chosen to send us $500 to enter you into the $2,500 Matrix). This $500 will be sent to the member two levels up from you in the $500 Matrix, and a place in our $2,500 Matrix will be reserved for you. Any more $100 early payments that we may receive designated for you (beyond the first $100 to give you an automatic re-entry and the next $500 to enter you into the $2,500 Matrix) will be sent immediately to you. In the same way, once you enter the $2,500 Matrix, we will hold all $500 payments designated for you until we have the $2,500 that will go to the member two levels above you in the $2,500 Matrix, in order for you to begin receiving $2,500 payments yourself. Members who sponsor 9 or more positions will be paid the FIRST $100 and the FIRST $500 received from their second levels in the $100 Matrix and the $500 Matrix.
* When positions are reserved for you in the $500 Matrix and the $2,500 Matrix, you will still hold your position in the $100 Matrix until all 9 members on your 2nd level have sent their $100 payments for you. You will be holding one entry position within all 3 matrices at the same time. If someone on your 2nd level should fail to send $100 for you within 21 days of being instructed to do so, then Sycamore Creek will take over that member's position and will send you the $100 when we have it available to send you. No place in the matrix will be left empty. Members will receive the full amounts from their 2x3 matrices.
* If you have multiple entries, you will not need to send $100 for all entries at the same time to take advantage of this Optional Bonus Feature of our program. If your entries are in consecutive order when you entered the program, however, if you do not send $100 for all of your entries at the same time, your 2 or 3 positions will not likely remain in consecutive order in the $500 Matrix and the $2,500 Matrix since we will be placing members in these matrices on a "first pay, first serve" basis.
We accept CASH, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, and PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS. Insufficient Funds checks will require an additional $20 charge. If you do send cash, send it in such a way that delivery to us can be confirmed. Some members have sent cash in envelopes that the post office has lost, so we do not recommend that you send cash by regular mail. Use a courier service or registered mail when sending cash, so a signature will be required from the recipient.
You should know your local, state, and federal laws regarding taxable income. IRS Publication 950 will help you determine what income is taxable and what is not taxable at the federal level. Your state comptroller can help you at the local level. We report to the IRS, on a 1099 Form, payments we make to you of $600 or more during the year. The IRS requires us to put your full Taxpayer Identification Number on their form. All information regarding our members is strictly confidential. We will mail a copy of the 1099 Form to you each January. We cannot send any commissions or payments to any members without their Tax ID #'s on file first. It is best to keep records of all your expenses to declare as deductions on your income tax return.
All payments are sent to Sycamore Creek for distribution at the appropriate time, instead of being sent directly to the person two levels above you. We do this so that any issues that may arise can be dealt with by Sycamore Creek. The money we pay out is taxable income, not a gift. We will reveal the names and addresses of senders and recipients of funds only if both parties ask to be identified to each other. We will ask your permission before printing your name in our monthly newsletters.
Once we send a payment to the member two levels above you in any of the three matrices, it is non-refundable without good cause. We will not ask that member to return the money to you. So, please be certain that sending your $100 is what you want to do before you send it to Sycamore Creek! You are buying this position and the opportunity to earn commissions with our program. If you later decide you do not want it, you may sell it to someone else, including Sycamore Creek. Even though you may lose your position in our company matrix if you do not send your $100 payment when your 2x3 matrix is full, you may continue distributing our flyers and earning commissions.
