You can then login ready. Mic and speakers or PC headset are a HUGE
advantage to your presentation, because you will be talking to a live,
interactive audience. If you don't have them, perhaps you may want to
consider making a purchase. There are some reasonable quality sets

The Expo starts at 8pm Eastern time and will probably go for a couple of hours.
In the interest of fairness to all presenters, you'll have 15 minutes
to do an overview of your business, including Q&A. If it needs to
go beyond that duration for any reason...eg. lots of interested
questions from the other members present, then it will probably be best
to arrange a dedicated presentation time at a later date. This
frequently happens, quite frankly.
