begin the process of owning your own domain and incorprating live video webcast services to provide your customers immediate customer service. Most websites have the standard forms that require you fillout your personal information and pray you get a response by Christmas. I encountered this problem and now incorporate a monitor network to address issues of my clinet's if Iam not available. Remeber, good customer service generates consistent revenue.
