	Dear thomas, Thank you! Because of supporters like you, mothers around the world will have opportunities for better health and brighter futures. So far, 10,634 CARE supporters have urged their representatives to support CARE's Platform for Safe Motherhood. By advocating for increased funding for family planning, maternal health programs and better health care systems in poor countries, you are making a real difference for poor mothers. If you haven't already, take action now and tell your representatives to support CARE's Platform for Safe Motherhood. But that's not all. Generous CARE supporters raised $39,023 for CARE this month -- and our matching funds bring that total to $78,046! Donations support CARE's vital work around the world, including lifesaving programs that provide communities with sterile birthing supplies and train birth attendants to lead mothers safely through the delivery process.
