• Forum owners and community members are invited to nominate forums as candidates for the BFA.  Forum owners may nominate their own forums as well.
   
• Community members are then asked to vote on which forum they feel is the best forum out of the list of candidates.
   
• The Top 5 forums with the most votes proceed to the judging round where a panel of judges assigns a score out of 5 for: Visual Appeal, Originality, Organization, Owner Interaction, and Professionalism.
   
• The scores are averaged and the forum with the highest score out of a possible 25 is declared the Best Forum for that month receiving a cash prize of $200.00 USD. 
   
• At the end of the year, the winners from each month go on to compete against each other in the finals for a cash prize of $1000.00 USD!
