I'm sure you've heard or read about "The Wealthy Barber", David Chilton, well he was in town last evening. If you get a chance to  hear him, take the opportunity, it's a great hour and twenty minutes of your time you'll spend for a while. He's a fast talker and good story teller so you got to focus or you'll miss his punch lines. Very personable too; hung around and he comes by to chat. 

This was a fresh marketing strategy that was used by the host, a local Realtor and together with his team, they put on this simple but effective "client appreciation" which also included a light snack during the interaction time. I imagine it wasn't cheap but well done.
