Hi Joe,
Thanks for the post, it allows me to clear up any misunderstanding here, and also my apologies if my previous messages have caused any confusion.
Yes, you're right, lotteries are part of gambling - and elottery is a part of that - even if it it does come under the 'soft gaming' umbrella - it's still a little gamble.
But, when it launches in Autumn, VWD's 'Project e-play' will be a stand alone opportunity away from elottery. All games and entertainments will be purely casual, definitely no gambling. It will be ideal for all the family and all countries no matter what their gaming laws are.
The only connection at the moment is that you can't join it yet because it's not even in prelaunch until June/July (the date will be announced in today's meeting).
So, at prelaunch, all existing elottery members will be given the opportunity to also enter the e-play plan (at no cost) and beta-test the new platform ready for the launch.
E-play is not taking over from elottery and elotbidder, nor is it part of this brilliant opportunity.
It's just that elottery members will have an advantage when it prelaunches because some of their network members will want to promote both opportunities. Some will stay and do elottery only, whilst others will just take on e-play - it's always about individual choice
What IS happening is that people who understand the advantage of having first hand knowledge, are joining the elottery side NOW and building a network, so that when the prelaunch arrives, they will have an instant network to introduce to the e-play opportunity too, thereby giving themselves a head start.
At prelaunch, the pre-enrolment squeeze pages will also be available and that's when the countries with restrictive gaming laws, will be able to pre-enrol ready to do e-play as a separate stand alone biz in Autumn. They will not be involved in any way with the elottery.
I hope that makes sense, if not please message me, as it's best not to have misunderstanding.
By the way - what is a UK thingie - sounds intriguing - wonder if I've got one?? Or is it something I can buy?? If it's good I'll have two please!!! teehee
Cheers
Jill
