Another Practical tools for us ALP friends.  1.) Think of someone in your life whom you can go to with confidence in any type of situation.  And how does that make you feel?  2.) Read Ephesians 3:10-12 and Hebrew 4: 14-16. These passages both use the word "confidence" to describe how we approach God. What does this mean to you? Of what can we be confident? 3.) Why, as disciples of Jesus, are we able to come to God with confidence? 4.) When would be the only time that we could not be confident in coming to God? 5.) As you pray today, thank God for Jesus who has made it possible for us to come to God without fear.

Well to really be able to confide in someone completly well one would have to first  have to establish a bond with that person.
One would have to know deep inside their soul that  the relationship is so pure that it was unconditional, no matter what I said to the person it would never be held against me or used against me,It would be shared information between just the 2. so many take information given and spread it among others not a confide  relationship.
You really have to love and know the person to really confide in all things that would be said.
