	Hello my friends, Leaders have vision- One of the qualities of leaders in every field is that they have a vision of an ideal..., exciting future for themselves, their families, and their organizations. They allow themselves to dream. They create a picture of what is possible rather then allowing themselves to get stuck with what exists at the present moment. George Bernard Shaw, the famous English play write, once wrote, "Most men look at the world and ask why? I look at the world and ask why not?" There are thousands of men and women all over America who have risen to great heights from humble beginnings. Many of them came from foreign countries and started with no advantages at all. But the one thing they did have was dreams. And they beleved that they had the ability to achieve their dreams. Because they intensely believed in them selves, and were determined to do whatever was necessary to fulfill their dreams, they activated all of the mental laws and principals.
