Did you see Oprah today?  I recorded it and watched it this evening. The show today was about "Good News."

One of her guests was a minister from Missouri who has started a movement for a "complaint-free world."

His church is giving away bracelets that say "A Complaint-Free World."  They have already sent out over ONE MILLION bracelets.  Wow!

The minister explained on Oprah that you take a vow not to complain for 21 days, which is about how long it takes to change a habit.  Imagine the impact of that!

The rule is ... if you complain you have to move the bracelet from one arm to the other and start your 21 days over.
