Meditation For Week of March 12th
The Past Let say goodbye to the past. Make sure that you are comfortable while meditating. Close your eyes ,breathing slowing and deeply as you begin to fall asleep take your self to your childhood no specific age just let your mind float. Let your self fall asleep Knowing that whatever dreams you have are great letting go of that memories forever. In the morning before you get your day started Sit Down close your eyes and say " God Remove the past from soul so that I can make room for the New experience that are waiting for me to arrive."
