	Kathy, the heading to this post almost made me think to "Not" open this post. just a little hint of a catchy way to have someone click onto your link?. "edit whos post and click on what link" i say these things because i am not in a downline of easy-promoter. Just want to make sure that your all your post all being read.

	Also it pays to run a separate AntiSpyware program as well. As quite a few virus scanners, do not get all the spyware and trojans which can be worse than a virus. Trojans often, build up in the windows Temp Dirs ( remember there are 2 temp dirs in windows 2000 and XP etc). Trojans can actually build up a virus backdoor entry and you can get those virus build ups from website browsing. There are also Broadband trojans as well. The days of recieving virus`s from only emails are well and truly a thing of the past. Windows Defender is a good Free, spyware and trojan scanner and Zone Alarm Pro Firewall has built in spyware checker too. I run Defender, Grisoft AVG virus scanner and Zone Alarm on my Computers and have done for quite sometime. Keith.

	I agree with you Aussie Keith, it is always good to use a anti-spyware program along with your virus scanner to get that double prection. I have a windows XP which i use that have both built in to it, cost me a bundle for this computer but it works like a charm for catching early detections. These programs are free. Like Mc Afee Virus scanner. Ech computer should have a "safety" feature on them. But combining other programs with it you have a better ratio in protecting your computer.

	The best computer security suite I've ever seen is by Kaspersky. Their antivirus found 6 items left on my computer by both Norton and McAffee, plus it runs almost silently in the background, checking every webpage and email that opens and updating itself dozens of times a day.
