Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

and myself;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.

2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example

5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. The meaning of the name MARTHA;

MARTHA   f   English, Scandinavian, Greek, Biblical

Means "mistress of the house" or "lady" in Aramaic. This is the name of sister of Lazarus and Mary of Bethany in the New Testament. It was also borne by Martha Washington, the wife of the first American president.

What a surprise to be nominated for the "Parade of Stars".

You may not have seen me around very many of the forums but I do have a few favorites. Most times I read but don't post. If I feel I don't have anything worthy to say, I will just hang around in the background and observe. Where do you find the time to visit and post to numerous forums? I havent' figured that out yet either.

But here is a little about me.

I have lived in the same small town, in central Pennsylvania all my life. The last 22 years have been with my husband, Roger, and son, Levi. My husband works full time, I work part-time at our local high school plus have my own enterprises, and Levi is a senior in college. He is majoring in Entrepreneurship.

My younger days were spent riding ponies and horses. I was in 4-H and went to horse shows every weekend in the summer. After high school, I even
had my own little business training horses and giving riding lessons.  Some of the time I worked at a regular JOB. That all stopped when I married and became a mother.

I guess the entrepreneur spirit stayed with me though and a few years later, Bloom's Nursery was started. Just a small retail nursery below our house.
A few years later, gourds were added to the mix and soon, decorated gourds from Martha's Gourds, were found around the local craft shows. Of course once we bought our first computer, having a web
site tickled my fancy. Now I have two, one for the nursery and one for gourds.

Making money on the internet caught my eye and so began many hours of research on the web. Seems there are plenty of us with the same intentions. Doing this research led me to Adland Pro. I subscribed to the newsletter and then became a community member.

Now I am dabbling in Network Marketing because a friend got me started in wellness products. I can't say that it is going well but I did make a little money with it.
