I just posted at the above forum but forgot to say that the chicken recipe sounds easy to prepare and a good meal at that.

I don't think I've made the chicken yet, but I remembered the recipe.  I have a thing about not touching raw meat, I'm sure that would make a funny video.  Lots of people don't want to touch it, open the chicken package with a fork and knife and pull it out somehow without ever touching it.  LOL.  I would need to wear surgical gloves.
