I did read it and had memory-flash of a documentery about Nazi Germany when it's government legislated that Jewish owners of homes and business had no recourse from insurance due to their property destroyed from the burning, bombing and looting. In fact they where billed for the loss of the property.
I think this topic in this forum will need more atention from a superior court to settle this issue. I doubt it will catch on in other states.
