Need directions on how to load a sparkly onto a forum?  Copy the URL, sometimes its tricky to get the right one, there are 2 URLs in each tag...get the long one that ends in gif.  Then when you're at a forum and ready to post, click on the little picture of a mountain at the upper right of the post area, and then a box will pop up on your screen, enter the image URL that you copied from sparkletags and click OK.
