buy from you. Learn what you do well - and what you can do better. Ask why they
would refer someone to you - and why they wouldn't. Thank them for being a
customer. If you are listening, it could earn you a lifetime of loyalty.
6. Conduct quarterly competitive analyses
Stop thinking that you are better than your competition - prove it. Conduct
first-hand research on your competitors. Get their literature. Study their
website. Send secret shoppers in to gather intelligence. You are at war - so
gather a little intelligence to win the battle.
7. Bundle your products and services
Take a step back and study your products and services. What could you do to
create a package of services of greater value - and bundle the pricing to
generate more sales?
8. Get involved in a Master Mind Group
Are you tired of having goals but not reaching them? Get involved in a master
mind group that will help hold you accountable for doing what you promise to do.
9. Be willing to play a bigger game
Step out of your comfort zone and bring more passion into your business life.
