Hi Beth-  I wanted to share this traffic exchange with the members that use them.  I found it while surfing and checked it out.  You can add site links & banners galore, plus you get 200 credits for every 20 pages you surf.  And its on auto.  Yes, it's free to join as are most of them, but you can upgrade and buy credits.  I had to tweak mozilla/firefox a bit to get it to work with my other open tabs, but now it sails along with no problems.  Here's the link...
