A HAPPY BUSINESS NEW YEAR TO YOU.
Most of us will agree that online business owners, national and global
corporations, will bless their customers and potential clients if they
cease all unsolicited e-business communications in this New Year – 2007.
No one likes to receive messages in their email inbox, for example,
that they did not previously signed-up to receive. Sometimes these
message or advertisements are sent daily, twice weekly and weekly.
While e-business and the use of emailing for business purposes are
“modern ways” of doing business online, the abuse of these are
out-of-control. Savvy business owners who really want clients to
pay attention to their products or services will cease form this form
of online harassment.
Where is the real customer service? To introduce ourselves to someone
and then ask for their approval to send them information they may be
interested in today or later, is the professional, decent and
successful way to do business. Force or manipulation rarely works and
certainly does not in the long-term when sustainability is necessary to
survive and be successful online or off-line in any business. So let courtesy rule.
Therefore, one of the very best New Year Resolutions a business owner
can make, sincerely and consistently implement is to cease from
harassing customers or clients through unsolicited emails. Let good business practice prevail for real sustainable success.
The best of Good Health To You in 2007!
