 This will be my first Christmas without my husband. He was very sick at Christmas last year, and passed away shortly after the new year.

 We were married 22yrs. I feel that the angels were always with him, I told him many times he had nine lives. I almost lost him 5yrs. ago when he had a major accident at work. He had to have brain surgery when a block wall fell on him. He lost his site in his right eye, and broke his back. He was so amazing through all of it, and still had to cope with his Leukemia.

Recognizing Everyday Mircles:

This I truly believe, because it happen when my husband passed away. The day was a sunny day, we gathered family and friends around his bed. It was time to let him go, evening came and the lights were low. We had the TV on with music, and a beautiful waterfall (that he loved to go to when wanting to be at peace). The lights outside were shining through the window as he started to leave ,then IT SNOWED! The Angels Came that night, then it stopped and left a carpet of white that glistened. I knew then he was at peace.

In this book of Miracles, they are constantly occuring all around us, however. The most minute aspect of life, from the delicate intricacy of a leaf or a snowflake to the imponderably wondrous mechanism of the human body, are daily mircles that most of us take for granted. When you think about it, every breath we take is a miracle. So, the angels like us to appreciate the fact that already live a miraculous existence and to be in a state of " miraculous expectation ," where we are continually open to the possibility of miracles.
