Many years ago, I participated in a Dale Carnagie seminar entitled, "The 5 Great Rules of Selling. The Concepts were so simple, so intuitive, so easily remembered...and yet so typically ignored! But I used them, my enterprises have benefited, I've never forgotten them, and I use them to this day. One other aspect of the "rules" is that they are always applied in the same order. Each of the "Rules" consists of just one word.
There is much more to say about this but I won't right now. I'll end here with the First Rule:
