ViSalus Sciences Names John Tolmie Vice President of Finance and Administration

Tolmie is an accomplished finance professional with experience at the elite executive level of some of the biggest brands in North America. He brings to ViSalus a visionary approach to maximizing growth and profitability through a strong commercial focus.
As the Vice President of North American Shared Service for Allied Domecq, Tolmie oversaw accounting, manufacturing and selling across all of North America. Allied Domecq is a $4 billion international company in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, boasting in addition to many household spirit brands such national franchises as Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins, and Togo's.

Tolmie's division of Allied Domecq was responsible for over $1 billion in annual sales. He led a number of acquisitions over the past 4 years that resulted in a subdivision of the company doubling its business to over $270 million.

As he looked for his next challenge, ViSalus offered him something that many of his other suitors could not.
