Aol versus Internet explorer
10/29/2006 6:13:51 AM

Hi Linda,

We apologise if this is in the wrong forum.

Currently we use AOL broadband Gold. More than one of our affiliate programs will not allow us to Log in via AOL.

To get over this we are trying to use Internet Explorer 7. The problem is that this freezes up and we have to reboot.

We are open to any advice to resolve this problem.

Thanks

John & Barbara

Hi John & Barbara

May I be honest? Here's what I think you should do...

1) Read this article

2) Get a new ISP.

Hi Linda,

Thanks for that, we are experiencing all of the problems mentioned in the article and are not receiving important business emails.

We don't even know if the people in Support are even getting our emails.

Any suggestions for a good ISP ( we are in the UK).

John & Barbara

Hi John & Barbara...

Goodness, if you're having all those problems, I'm sure glad you asked! I have two clients in the UK, and they both have email addresses like: name@tiscali.co.uk  That might be one to check.

Anyone else in the UK reading along that can offer suggestions?

Linda
