 Ingredients
1-1/4 cups/300 mL vegetable oil

6 eggs

2 cups/500 mL canned or cooked pumpkin

3/4 cup/180 mL Coconut Dessert Mix      add to cart  

2-3/4 cups/675 mL sugar

2 cups/500 mL all-purpose flour

1 tsp/5 mL baking soda

1 tsp/5 mL salt

1 tsp/5 mL Cinnamon (6 oz)      add to cart  

1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Pumpkin Pie Spice      add to cart  



Directions
Mix together oil, eggs and pumpkin in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into two greased 9x5-inch/23x13-cm loaf pans. Bake at 325°F/170°C for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until bread tests done.

Makes 2 loaves, 12 servings per loaf.
