Dear ISA's-
As you all know, Invisus just announced a HUGE compensation plan increase. However, the fee for ISA's will increase on November 1st. So you need to giddy up if you want to make bronze before the rate hike...it's only about $30 more, but, cheaper is better, right? The good news is that the MINIMUM you will make for becoming a bronze ISA is $272. The better news is that they just made it easier to be one!

You don't need to tell new people that the comp. plan changed.... and they don't need to know all the comp. plan details to join....
Explaining a comp. plan comes after you bring people in..... that is all part of training.... recruiting needs to be based on features and benefits and what is in it for them.... You can just say that this company pays them well and they earn many different ways as they refer the Invisus service to others....
