My favourite product at the moment is Optimindzation from Stephen Pierce.  Why?  Because it completely recharges your brain to make everything you do so much easier.  I use these and simular products and after just one session, I noticed a radical improvement in my energy levels and lack of fatigue.  My mind was full of ideas and I rewrote 2 whole pages on my main website soon after listening.
